About Me

I first became interested in complementary therapies after finishing my nurse training 34yrs ago, whilst studying for a BSc in Professional Development in Nursing. My nursing journey has given me much knowledge and skill in many different specialties, the most recent being in an emergency department, as a nurse practitioner in minor injuries.

Having recently retired from nursing and reflecting on the last 3yrs, I realise more than ever, how essential an integrated approach to health is.

Qualifications

In 2003, I obtained a Diploma in Practitioner’s Reflexology and in 2011, qualified to practice Indian Head Massage, from the Chrysalis School of Reflexology. Additionally, I qualified in Pre-conceptual reflexology with the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists in 2013 and Maternity Reflexology with Susanne Enzer in 2014. Further exploration has lead to me becoming a Reiki master 2018 and a Therapeutic Sound Practitioner in 2022.

I am fully insured and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
